Jessica was born and raised in Tiverton, Rhode Island. She received her BA in Psychology/Sociology from Boston College and her MSW from Rhode Island College. Jessica began her career as an outreach and tracking caseworker and community worker for the Key Program in Fall River. She also worked as a Family Service Coordinator and a hospital inpatient Social Worker prior to arriving at Tides Family Services in 2004. She started as a clinician and was promoted to Home Based Therapeutic Services Director. Jessica also held the important positions of Clinical Director, Assistant VP and Senior VP of Treatment Program. Jessica was also a presenter at the National Heuther Conference and has graduated from the Next Generation Lasallian Leaders Institute.

Jessica is a member of Rhode Island Coalition for Children and Families Data Committee. Her proudest moments at Tides have been the integration of the logic model evaluation process with the evidence to outcomes database in partnership with Yale University and leading the agency in maintaining national accreditation through the Council on Accreditation.  Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, reading, soccer and golf. Her 14 years of experience in clinical and programmatic oversight are instrumental in the future of the organization.
