Tides Family Services is looking for an Assistant Clinical Director. This role provides clinical supervision for both Master’s level clinical staff and Bachelor level behavioral assistants. As Assistant Clinical Director you will provide clinical oversight within our Preserving Families Network- an intensive home and community based program working with children and families across Rhode Island involved in the child welfare system. Some responsibilities in addition to direct staff and program supervision include conducting Agency training’s, enhancing stakeholder relationships, advocacy efforts and participating in Agency quality improvement activities. The Assistant Clinical director will monitor treatment planning and service delivery within the program and will ensure that contract requirements are adhered to.
