Case Manager

Tides is a hiring a part time Case Manager. This person will be responsible for day to day data entry and case management tasks. The applicant should be able to work independently, highly organized, and detailed oriented.
The candidate must also have the following qualifictions and be resposnible for the the following:
  • Exemplary customer satisfaction and communication skills, including dealing effectively with administrators, staff and other professionals, both in person and over the phone;
  • Proper use of the English language including spelling, grammar, and punctuation;
  • Skills in teamwork and developing consensus;
  • Time management skills;
  • Computer applications related to the work;
  • Skills in standard office administrative practices and procedures including the use of standard office equipmentFamiliarity with the NASW code of ethics and sensitivity to client demographics
  • Case Manager will is responsible for chart and file room maintenance. Requiring to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Travel between offices within a work day.
