|•The Human Resources program will expose student to on the job learning and experience in a human resources functional area such as benefits, leave of absence administration, recruiting, new hire orientation and documentation.|
|Performance Expectations/Key Challenges|
|•Support Talent Acquisition sourcing and recruiting of high potential candidates and applicant tracking.
•Assist Workforce Development agency initiatives.
•Onboard new hires , welcome packet, I-9s, benefits, ETO accesses, equipment, agenda for start date.
•Assist Orientation process , tracking and tactical operations (scheduling, room request, packets).
•Data entry in HRIS system to ensure accuracy of employee data management
•Support annual benefits renewal and wellness efforts
•Liaison to employee relations .
•Provide day-to-day support of operational HR support.
