Outreach and Tracking Supervisor

The Supervisor of the Outreach & Tracking Program is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the intensive outreach and case management services provided to youth referred to this program and their families. This includes staff supervision and development, program development and implementation, and the fostering of collaborative relationships with entities inside and outside of the agency.
  • Experience working with at risk adolescents and their families;
  • Experience with the child welfare and juvenile justice systems
  • Leadership ability
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize goals
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience working with similar children and their families
  • Experience working as a leader in a team environment
  • Familiar with Juvenile Justice System
  • Supervisory and staff development skills
  • Organizational time management skills
  • BA/BS;
  • Valid driver’s license and registered/inspected vehicle;
