Yesterday Tides had an unexpected visit from Mark Shriver.

In 1988, Mark Shriver founded the innovative Choice Program in Baltimore, MD, which serves delinquent and at-risk youth through intensive, community-based counseling.

In 1994, Br. Michael and our current board chair brought the Choice program, Outreach and Tracking to Pawtucket RI. He was pleased to see the model is still working 25 years later!!
